New bombshell about Robert Mueller probe means it’s too late for Donald Trump

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

The mainstream media has spent the past week so breathlessly pushing the notion that Donald Trump is about to fire Robert Mueller, the storyline has taken on a life of its own despite being sourceless and baseless to begin with. As a result, people on all sides are now taking it as a given, and panicking accordingly. Meanwhile, back in the factual world, a new bombshell reveals that it’s far too late for Trump to get anywhere by firing Mueller anyway, because Mueller has had him nailed all along.

At some point during his investigation, Mueller asked the Trump transition team to turn over all of its emails. The team responded by only turning over a fraction of them, while arbitrarily claiming that the rest of them (read: the incriminating ones) were somehow privileged. Now it turns out that Mueller has secretly had all of the transition emails all along, because he got them all from the General Services Administration back at the start of his probe, according to a new Axios report (link). So what does this mean?

In short, it means Mueller has had the entire Trump transition team nailed all along. In turn, that means Mueller hasn’t been interviewing these people to try to get information from them. He’s been interviewing them so he can catch them lying, which is a crime. Based on this new information it’s possible, perhaps even likely, that Mueller has already cut plea deals with members of the transition team. The two targets they’d be giving up: Mike Pence, who ran the transition team, and Donald Trump, the real target of the investigation.

Regardless of whether plea deals have been cut or not, the cold hard reality is that these emails prove several people guilty of having illegally conspired with Russia during the transition period. Robert Mueller doesn’t just have Michael Flynn in his pocket. He has enough to take down so many of Donald Trump’s people, Trump is going to go down in the process. Trump should have fired Mueller six months ago if he was trying to protect himself. Trump’s doesn’t even understand the game that Mueller is playing.
