It turns out Robert Mueller is months ahead of Donald Trump
This past week all we’ve heard from Republicans is that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is supposedly scandalous. All we’ve heard from Democrats is that Donald Trump had better not dare fire him. All we’ve heard from the media is that Mueller is going to be fired any second – though they’ve been feeding us that line for the past half year. And all we’ve heard from the Trump regime is whining. But even as this game has played out in the foreground, we’re getting solid new evidence that Mueller is months ahead of Trump and that he’s not even playing the same game.
We’re just now learning that months ago, Mueller asked the Trump campaign’s voter data analysis arm Cambridge Analytica to turn over all internal emails that relate to the Trump-Russia scandal, thanks to a Wall Street Journal report (link). Why is this important?
It’s been widely alleged, but never demonstrated, that Cambridge Analytica was working with voter data that it received from Russian hackers. That premise became a whole lot more credible last month when it was reported that the CEO of Cambridge Analytica had been trying to work with Russian-controlled cyberterrorist group WikiLeaks to steal Hillary Clinton’s emails during the election. It was also reported that Rebekah Mercer, who along with her father Robert Mercer has largely funded Cambridge Analytica, was in on the plot.
If this can be proven, then it will establish that the Trump campaign and Russia were indeed conspiring to rig the election by using stolen property. Here’s the real upshot: we’re now learning that Cambridge Analytica complied with the request a long time ago, meaning Robert Mueller has already long ago gotten what he came for. Donald Trump thinks that pouting, while having his allies make up weird false accusations, will somehow magically make Mueller go away. In reality, he’s so many steps ahead of the game, Trump and his goons can’t even figure out how to fight him.
