The guy Donald Trump was punching in that CNN video? His wife is in Trump’s cabinet
Donald Trump posted a video this morning of himself punching CNN in the face because he’s either trying to distract the public from his exploding Russian collusion scandal, or because he’s suffered some kind of psychological break, or perhaps both. But even as America tried to suss out what to do with a mentally incompetent and criminally corrupt President, some details of the video are pointing to just how perverted his administration truly is.
For instance, earlier today we brought you the story of how the CNN logo was added to the video by a violent racist on Reddit (link). But apart from that CNN logo, this is a very real video of Donald Trump engaging in a very fake fistfight with Vince McMahon of World Wrestling Entertainment. The choreographed incident occurred back when Trump was briefly trying to make a new name for himself as some kind of wrestling ringside persona.
In the original three minute long version of the video, which you can watch here if you’re a glutton for punishment, Donald Trump goes on to forcibly shave Vince McMahon’s head after tackling him to the ground and mock-punching him:
But here’s the truly bizarre part about the whole thing. Vince McMahon’s wife, Linda McMahon, is a member of Donald Trump’s cabinet. She’s the Administrator of the Small Business Administration for the Trump administration. Linda McMahon was also the former President and CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment. So not only has Trump put someone from the pro wrestling industry in charge of American small businesses, he’s now releasing a violent anti-media propaganda video featuring the disguised face of the spouse of one of his cabinet members.
Again, the problem here isn’t so much that Trump participated in a pro wrestling farce before he entered politics. It’s that he’s now dredging it up and using it to encourage his supporters to violently attack the media. support Palmer Report
