Freudian slip: Sean Hannity tweets that Americans must “Make Russia Great Again”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump was installed as the winner of the United States presidential election by the Russians, and Fox News host Sean Hannity has become nothing more than a mouthpiece for Trump, so it probably just a matter of time before Hannity slipped up and unwittingly revealed how he really feels about things. In a tweet which he has since deleted but admits happened and claims was an error, Hannity declared “Make Russia Great Again” on Twitter.

Sean Hannity quoted a tweet from a user named @donnielilhands which read “All Americans must join together to MAKE RUSSIA GREAT AGAIN,” and he added his own “Amen!” The tweet was obvious sarcasm aimed at belittling Trump for being a Russian puppet and belittling Hannity for being a Trump puppet, and the the sarcastic username should have given it away. But Hannity just couldn’t help himself, so quick to retweet any praise of Trump that he didn’t even read the full sentence before he eagerly retweeted it:

Hannity later deleted his tweet, and after he faced quite a bit of taunting, he responded with “Guilty. And you are 100% correct. My mistake and I erased it and humbly apologize.” No word when Hannity plans to apologize for being Trump’s mouthpiece.
