“Everyone died”: horrifying scene in Puerto Rico, as Donald Trump golfs and tweets insults

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. The situation in the United States territory of Puerto Rico continues to grow worse by the hour. This is largely due to Donald Trump’s failure to mount any kind of a relief effort in a timely fashion. He’s now scrambling to cover for his ineptitude, by tweeting insults at Puerto Ricans while he hides out at his golf resort in New Jersey. But the scene on the island has become nothing short of horrifying.

The latest report on the worsening conditions in Puerto Rico comes from Nelson M. Rosario. He spoke with his father, whom he describes as “helping with rebuilding right now, and has friends in the govt, elected and appointed, on the island.” Here’s what his father told him: “There’s a medical center down here, and everyone that was in the Intensive Care Unit, died. Everyone.” (link).

Meanwhile, Trump posted no less than eighteen insulting tweets about Puerto Rico during the course of Saturday. He insulted the Mayor of San Juan, calling her “nasty.” He insisted that Puerto Ricans were too lazy to want to help out with their own relief efforts. He spent six tweets insisting that the deteriorating conditions in Puerto Rico are “fake news” and then went on to complain that he and his people weren’t getting enough credit for their amazing relief response.

Again, Donald Trump is currently at a golf resort. One would think he’d at least shut up about play golf. Instead, he’s tweeting toxic garbage about Puerto Ricans, even as his gross negligence and lack of caring is getting Puerto Rican people killed by the hour.
