Robert Mueller moves to crush Jared Kushner like a grape

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

It was already clear that Jared Kushner was facing potential legal trouble for having omitted several foreign contacts and meetings from his White House security clearance form, as the form itself states that such omissions are an imprisonable felony. It’s also been clear that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has been looking at Kushner for potential obstruction of justice in relation to the firing of FBI Director James Comey. Today we’re learning that Mueller’s targeting of Kushner runs much deeper. Much deeper.

Robert Mueller is actively investigating Jared Kushner’s role in a controversial United Nations vote regarding the United States and Israel, according to a new Wall Street Journal report (link). Remarkably, no one has any idea why. The WSJ admits it doesn’t know why Mueller is specifically investigating this UN vote. I couldn’t begin to guess either. But I do know that it means Mueller is moving to crush Kushner like a grape.

Whatever is going on here, it’s clearly going far beyond the question of whether Kushner intentionally lied on a form, or whether Kushner tried to get someone fired to sabotage the investigation. Mueller is clearly of the belief that Kushner’s role in influencing the UN vote was a potentially criminal act. That means there’s a whole lot going on behind the scenes that we don’t know about, but Mueller does.

Was there illegal money involved in Jared Kushner’s decision to get involved in influencing a United Nations vote? We have no way of knowing. But now we know that Robert Mueller isn’t merely investigating Kushner for lying on a form, or obstructing justice. Mueller is looking to take Kushner down for what he believes are actual real-world crimes, and not merely coverup crimes. This changes everything – and it’s yet another reminder that Mueller is several steps ahead of everyone else involved.
