Donald Trump is having a berserk incoherent senile Twitter meltdown
What is Donald Trump even doing right now? Is he trying to distract from today’s report about the racist things he said about Haitians? Is he trying to distract from a Trump-Russia bombshell he knows is coming? Did he hit a bad golf shot and now he’s so agitated he’s tweeting garbage while rolling around in a sand bunker? In any case, no one can even quite figure out what he’s talking about in his current meltdown. Certainly he has no idea what he’s saying.
Trump skipped his usual morning Twitter rant today, but it turns out he was merely saving up his deranged ideas for the afternoon. His allies have spent all week spreading false accusations about respected FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and so now Trump is finally joining the chorus. He tweeted “How can FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, the man in charge, along with leakin’ James Comey, of the Phony Hillary Clinton investigation (including her 33,000 illegally deleted emails) be given $700,000 for wife’s campaign by Clinton Puppets during investigation?” This was just the beginning.
Of course not one word of the above tweet is accurate. McCabe is not “in charge” of the FBI; Trump’s own handpicked new FBI Director Christopher Wray is in charge. James Comey has never leaked anything. Hillary Clinton has been fully exonerated for her perfectly legal use of emails. And of course “Puppets” isn’t supposed to be capitalized. But undaunted by his own failing mental competence and worsening illiteracy, Trump kept going.
Donald Trump tweeted “FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is racing the clock to retire with full benefits. 90 days to go?!!!” No one is even sure what this is supposed to mean. Then Trump tweeted “Wow, ‘FBI lawyer James Baker reassigned,’ according to Fox News.” Yes, Trump is the one who had him reassigned. He did it the day before yesterday. Trump has apparently already forgotten that he did it, and had to be reminded of it by someone on television, because he’s just that senile.
