George W. Bush on losing end of inauguration poncho battle

George W. Bush is officially no longer the worst President in the history of the United States now that corrupt Russian traitor Donald Trump has taken the oath of office. But when W made a public appearance today at the inauguration ceremony, he unwittingly reminded Americans that he’ll always be, well, the most George W. Bush of Presidents. As the public watched on television at home, they witnessed W in a losing battle with a rain poncho.

Then things get worse for W, and he appears to be trapped inside the poncho, even as President Obama appears to be aware that there’s someone behind him who’s losing a battle to a piece of plastic:

At this point we assume President Obama was just doing his best to ignore him.
