Looks like Michael Flynn has given Robert Mueller evidence that Donald Trump directed him to commit crimes

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has cut a plea deal with Micheal Flynn which nearly lets Flynn off the hook for a series of severe crimes. This means that Flynn has to have turned over evidence – and not merely his own word – that he witnessed Donald Trump committing serious crimes. In the days since Flynn’s deal, multiple media outlets have begun sending the same conspicuous hint: Flynn gave Mueller evidence that Trump directed Flynn to commit crimes.

First, the Washington Post casually reported this in the form of a question, partway through one of its articles: “One big question is whether Flynn was instructed by campaign higher-ups — or even Trump himself — to lie to the FBI about those contacts.” (link). Now NBC News is strongly hinting at the same thing (link). These are hefty and oddly specific accusations against the President of the United States, and major news outlets don’t casually drop them into stories unless they have sources telling them to bet on it. So let’s cut the crap here and talk about what’s really going on.

Here’s the only logical conclusion to draw from what we’re seeing here: Michael Flynn has given Robert Mueller evidence Donald Trump told him to lie to the FBI about the Russia scandal. This is remarkable, because Trump doesn’t use email or any form of documentable communication. In this case, evidence would mean that Flynn was paranoid enough to have been recording his conversations with Trump all the way back in January, or something else along those lines.

So now we know what we’re really looking at with the Michael Flynn plea deal. Of all the various crimes he committed, and of all the various crimes he witnessed Donald Trump committing, it’s going to come down to the specific crime in which Trump told Flynn to lie toFBI investigators. Robert Mueller has to have chosen this flashpoint based on the evidence Flynn gave him. We still don’t know what that evidence is, only that it must somehow exist – and so the picture becomes at least slightly more clear.
