We’re running out of time on this one
Glenn Youngkin is making up lies about Terry McAuliffe. He is going around Virginia and, like a true Republican, saying things that are not true. He has labeled Terry a “defund the police” fan. This is ridiculous stuff, and WE know it, but we need to make sure THEY do — “they” in the middle. The swing voters. The independent vote.
I do not want to scare anyone, but I DO want to emphasize how important this race is. It is vital that we win this. Do you know what will happen if we do not? Breathless pundits, taking a page out of Don Henley’s “Dirty Laundry,” will gleefully appear on screen saying a red wave has swept the country. Solemn looking contributors will appear on cable news saying things like:
“This is very bad news for the democrats. What are they doing? Why can’t they win?”
Headlines will scream, “Virginia goes red!! Dems crestfallen as disaster hits.”
Assolini will put out a statement. It will say something like this:
“We’re winning big. The 2020 election was stolen, and Virginia knows it!!”
Don’t believe me? You should. Many in the media did not even bother to MENTION the Governor’s race in Virginia until recently. And they do not say much except to breathless reports that the Democrats will likely lose.
Youngkin just visited Azalea Inn and Time Out Sports Bar in Norfolk, Virginia. It was standing room only.
People, hear me. Let this be a rallying cry. Think of what you do best, and then do it. Do you like to talk to people? Are you fearless on the phone? Sign up to phone bank. Are you artistic? Can you design signs and graphics? Do you live in or near Virginia? Whip up some flyers or posters. Do you have money? Then please donate.

Do you live in Virginia and have a car? Sign up to drive people to the polls.
Youngkin has not even mentioned the Rolling Stone article. Post about it and do this ON his Twitter account. Please find one of his tweets and ask him what he thinks. Attend one of Terry’s rallies. Do all that you can. This race is much tighter than the Governor’s race in California was but is no less critical. Please do all you can to make sure we win.
