U.S. intel confirms key details of Donald Trump – Russia “pee pee tape” blackmail report

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

One month after a now infamous British intel dossier first became public which claimed that Donald Trump was being blackmailed by the Russian government over his bedroom habits, the United States intelligence community is now confirming key details of the thirty-five page report — helping to establish the credibility of the stunning and sensational claims that the report made.

CNN first announced the news today, reporting that U.S. intelligence investigators have confirmed the details of a number of the conversations documented in the dossier, including when those conversations took place and who the participants were. This is not a confirmation of most infamous details in the report, such as the claim that Donald Trump participated in lewd acts with Russian prostitutes in a Moscow hotel, or that Vladimir Putin and the Russian government are using a “pee pee tape” video of the incident to blackmail Trump. However, the details now being confirmed do lend significant credibility to the veracity of the report overall, increasing the likelihood that the “pee pee” and blackmail incidents are also true.

Trump is a Russian spy

The U.S. intelligence community’s decision to leak this information to CNN today suggests that they may be close to confirming the more salacious details, or perhaps obtaining the blackmail evidence itself. The timing of today’s leak is significant, though the specific nature of that significance is still revealing itself. Donald Trump has yet to publicly respond to this development, but his press secretary Sean Spicer did reply by asserting that “We continue to be disgusted by CNN’s fake news reporting.” Upon hearing that reply, CNN reporter Jake Tapper fired back that “Fake news is what they call any news they don’t like.”

The online story from CNN is still developing. It’s also noteworthy that this development comes just hours, coincidentally or otherwise, after Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn was confirmed to be lying about his own collusion with the Russian government.
