So this why they took Mike Lindell’s phone

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. Last week the MyPillow guy Mike Lindell had his phone seized while he was sitting in the drive through of a Minnesota Hardee’s. Now we may know more about why it was seized. Lindell is under investigation for identity theft and damaging a protected computer that was connected to voting equipment in Colorado that was breached.

Lindell’s lawyers uploaded a copy of the search and seizure warrant signed by U.S. Magistrate Judge Tony Leung as part of Lindell’s demand the FBI give him his phone back. Leung had approved the warrant after finding that Lindell and his buddies may have violated Federal laws concerning identity fraud, conspiracy to defraud the country, and intentionally damaging a protected computer system. The warrant stated that the FBI was looking for information related to damage to Dominion voting equipment.

According to Lindell, his phone was seized to chill his speech and violate his constitutional rights. Well, Mike, it looks more like your phone was seized because the FBI established probable cause that you committed serious crimes in your attempt to help the Orange Golden Calf (OGC) you worship steal the 2020 election. Not because they don’t like you or want you to shut the fornicate up.

Depending how the litigation by Dominion against Lindell goes, Lindell is likely civilly fornicated when it comes to his finances. And it looks increasingly likely that he’ll also be criminally fornicated, which means he’ll be going away for a while.
