Seditious conspiracy
18 U.S. Code § 2384 – If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
Earlier we reported that Christopher Miller, Acting Secretary of Defense who was coincidentally installed after Trump lost the election and began his rigged election campaign and 1/6/2021 coup d’etat, not only delayed deployment of the DC National Guard, but forbid them from being armed, or even preparing for a violent insurrection (“forbidden from using any intelligence, surveillance, or reconnaissance assets’).
No major media outlets are reporting on this Memo from Miller yet, likely awaiting further verification and authenticity, but a legitimate letter signed by Miller obtained from the government site shows the signatures look like a match.
More and more evidence is coming out that this was part of a plan. Trump’s installation of four loyalists in top Defense posts who would have power over approving (and delaying) the use of back up forces and the power to restrict the aid that this support could deliver, seems more intentional and less “coincidental.”
If we take a step back, we know this. We can see it because we have seen it before. It is a pattern. We’ve seen it with Gordon Sondland, Louis DeJoy, countless others, and now his last 4 installed Defense officials.
It’s almost irrelevant at this point whether Trump ordered Miller to do this. It only matters that Trump knew about it. It doesn’t matter if Miller and others were ordered, or if they were in sitting around in meetings (with others) plotting out who would do what and how. The end result is the same. This is powerful evidence of Seditious Conspiracy.
This letter needs to be verified and authenticated and if it all checks out, and it seems very likely it will, the FBI needs to start locking people up. How long would Miller sit in a jail cell before he breaks and comes clean that Trump knew all about it? I’m willing to wait and find out.
