Rudy Giuliani takes an ugly blow
Another just and appropriate decision has been handed down by the courts in the aftermath of the January 6 insurrection and the plot leading up to it. Trump’s chump attorney Rudy Giuliani’s license to practice law in the state of New York has been suspended.
In a decision just issued by the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division, the court found that “…there is uncontroverted evidence that respondent [Giuliani] communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts, lawmakers and the public at large in his capacity as lawyer for former President Donald J. Trump and the Trump campaign in connection with Trump’s failed effort at reelection in 2020….” Rudy Giuliani suspended from practicing law for false claims for Trump (usatoday.com)
In other words, Trump’s miserable mouthpiece Rudy is getting his comeuppance and just “reward” for publicly spreading the BIG LIE that the 2020 presidential election was illegally fixed against his godfather, Boss Trump.
So now one of the highest courts in one of our largest states has found that the 2020 presidential election was unquestionably legitimate, and is severely punishing one of its bar members for falsely preaching that it was fraudulent.
Count this as another loss for the Trump forces in the courts. As the Palmer Report has been stating, justice will be done to the Republican wrongdoers, and it is starting to happen in real time.
