The US Space Command is being moved from Colorado to Alabama and Lauren Boebert wants to know why. Well, so do we, but not for the reasons she would think.
On January 26, 2021, Lauren Boebert tweeted “Colorado is the only home the US Space Command has ever known … I want an investigation into the possible political motivations behind the proposed move.”

Putting aside the obvious, that she is completely ignorant of the fact that it was Donald Trump who did this, not President Biden, and that he did it while she was member of Congress, this is actually a question that we (and Congress, and the FBI) would agree we need an answer to. And, it seems Senator Michael Bennet is taking action calling yesterday on President Joe Biden to suspend the Trump decision to move U.S. Space Command until the administration conducts a thorough review.

Trump made this move on January 13, 2021 – in the days following the Insurrection at the Capitol when he was taking heat; January 13, 2021, the very day he was impeached by the House for the second time.

And, on that January 13, 2021, Sens. Richard Shelby and Tommy Tuberville, along with Rep. Mo Brooks each issued boastful press releases and/or made statements of the move with Tuberville confirming to an Alabama media outlet that the decision was made that very day “despite a chorus of protests from officials in Colorado where the command is currently located.”

We know Tuberville and Brooks were involved with the incitement of insurrection that occurred on January 6th. We’ve seen Mo Brooks’ speech and read countless public reports of Giuliani and Trump making phone calls to Tuberville as the insurrection was happening.

So, yes, please do investigate this. Question Shelby, Brooks and Tuberville under penalty of perjury and/or threat of felony (if they lie to the FBI). Lauren Boebert may very likely get the politically motivated dirt she’s looking for, but it’s not going to be against the President she’s tweeting out to the world that she hoped it would be.
This certainly looks like another criminally corrupt Trump quid pro quo in exchange for their promise of protection and support. Investigate it and expose it, and them, for all that it is and all that they are.
