Donald Trump Jr’s legal troubles are underway – and they’re just getting started

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Isn’t it nice when bad people are held accountable? It doesn’t always happen. But when it does, it’s sweet. And very rewarding. The latest scourge on society to be held accountable for SOMETHING is nobody’s favorite brat, Donald Trump Jr.

See, Junior is being sued. This subject has not received much attention, possibly because even mentioning the spoiled progeny’s name can be mildly traumatic. In 2018, Don Blankenship was running for West Virginia Senate under the Constitution party.

Junior did not appear to like Blankenship. So being the idiot he was and is, Junior, he tweeted his hate and disgust. He also labeled Blankenship a “felon.” Blankenship indeed had legal issues. But the problem for Junior is Blankenship was never convicted of a felony. He was convicted of a misdemeanor.

Quicker than one could say, “Junior’s screwed,” Blankenship filed suit for defamation. Of course, baby Junior was not happy about this. So, the boy sought to have the case dismissed. And this week, he lost.

A United States District Court Judge has ruled that the defamation case can go forward, no doubt stunning Junior, who being the narcissist he is, most likely always expects to get what he wants without question.

Only that is not how it works in real life, and it didn’t work for Junior. Now the case will move forward. I am deeply interested in hearing Junior’s defense. Perhaps he will say that the Kracken did it?
