Donald Trump is fading

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Gone — and forgotten? That may be the case with the former guy. In fact, according to data received by Newsweek, it is. According to Newsweek, the former guy’s name has dropped significantly from online conversations in the last few months. In June of 2020, the former guy’s name was mentioned over 50 million times. How sad.

But since then, the numbers have been in decline for the insurrectionist. It appears “out of sight, out of mind” most definitely applies here. In April of 2020, data shows the insurrectionist’s name was mentioned just 2.4 million times. And that shows a 95 percent drop. What’s a former insurrectionist to do?

Well, he could always start by pretending to run for President in 2024, which he is doing. Sean Spicer (“the biggest crowds EVER!”) reports that the former guy “is in” for 2024.

I politely disagree. The former guy is “in” for prison. And his orange jumpsuit will no doubt be joyfully tweeted about by many.

This narrative that the quivering orange jelly that is the former guy will make a run has no basis in reality since he will be in prison, he has no social media platform, and as evidenced by Newsweek’s data, he is fast becoming yesterday’s news. I imagine he will try to run for President of his cell block, and he may indeed win, but his days running — or not running the country are happily at an end.
