Caitlyn Jenner goes totally off the deep end in California Governor’s race
In an impromptu interview on Saturday, Caitlyn Jenner, Republican and California gubernatorial candidate, said she opposes transgender girls, who were born as boys, playing girls’ sports while in school.
“This is a question of fairness,” she said. “That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls’ sports in school. It just isn’t fair. And we have to protect girls’ sports in our schools.”
This is a controversial issue. Republicans have proposed legislation in upwards of 34 states banning trans girls from playing girls’ sports. But there is no evidence that this has been an actual problem, and most experts agree that studies are inconclusive on whether a boy on hormone therapy, transitioning to be a female, even has any potential advantage playing girls’ sports.
The real reason for this is that most Republicans are truly hateful bigots when it comes to being transgender. Some believe accepting them into society means Christ is coming, and are praying for it to happen. Caitlyn Jenner is the Uncle Tom of the transgender community. Few would ever accept her. But since Jenner is nuts, she can’t see it. Why have Republicans become so self-destructive? Speaking of being nuts, Jenner is doing a sit-down interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity on May 3rd. That should be interesting.
