Donald Trump sniffles and slurs his way through stunningly inept speech
Donald Trump a mean spirited bully. Like most bullies, he goes after other people because he’s trying to cover for the fact that he’s a coward. Trump is now making fun of Joe Biden for having a stutter, and is going so far as to insist that Biden has some kind of anger problem based on his stutter. Biden has been open about the nature of his stutter. Trump’s attack has opened the door for raising questions about his own speaking patterns, and why he frankly sounds like he’s on drugs.

This led a number of people to push back against Donald Trump. Among them is Parkland father Fred Guttenberg, who tweeted this in response: “The current occupant of the White House is a miserable human who refuses to function as a President. Joe Biden is all class. Question for Trump since he mocks others. Why do you slur your words and intensely sniffle when you speak?”
Guttenberg isn’t making any specific accusations. But numerous other observers have suggested that Donald Trump’s constant sniffing is a result of cocaine usage. This accusation has been made by former Governor Howard Dean, who is also a former medical doctor, and by the late great Carrie Fisher, who said she was speaking from her own first-hand past experience. Various observers have suggested that Trump’s worsening slurring is a result of cognitive failure.
