Donald Trump and the NBC town hall host angrily yell at each other, as Joe Biden sounds presidential on ABC
Within the first five minutes of Donald Trump’s sham of a town hall tonight, he claimed that he doesn’t know if he was tested for coronavirus on the day of the debate, and that he doesn’t know what the infection was in his lungs. That was bad enough. But as this town hall has gone on, it’s gotten even worse for Trump – and at this point he and the host are just angrily shouting at each other.
When host Savannah Guthrie asked Donald Trump about Q-anon and other conspiracy theories, Trump responded by angrily shouting at her. As his tone turned ugly, she began shouting back at him, though in a more restrained manner. At one point Trump sarcastically told Guthrie that she was “cute.”
Trump is so frazzled and angry that by the time the first audience member asked him a question, he ended up angrily shouting in her direction. This whole thing is going so poorly for Trump, and he’s so rattled, we won’t be shocked if he ends up walking out before it’s over. Meanwhile, Joe Biden sounds as presidential as ever on ABC.
