Wouldn’t want to be Trump right now
I wouldn’t want to be Donald Trump right now. His brain has flown out the window along with his sanity. And got lost. I doubt it will find its way home anytime soon. His poll numbers are in the doghouse.
His interview with Elon Musk was a five-alarm fire — or maybe a ten-alarm. I wouldn’t want to be Trump right now. If he loses the election, his trials ALL go forward. And to his dawning horror, it seems a tiny flicker of a light-bulb just went on, and he knows this.
I wouldn’t want to be Donald Trump right now, as this Tuesday, a new poll is out. This poll shows voters trust Kamala Harris more than Donald Trump on the economy. This University of Michigan poll tells a story — that story is for Donald Trump and he only — that story is — you’re fired.
A new Redfield and Wilton poll says that 50 percent of respondents are leaning toward Democrats economic policies while just 42 percent were leaning toward Trump’s. It is strange that we, the people, KNOW what Donald Trump is thinking and feeling right now.
That thing is fear — huge, relentless, inevitable fear. We can see it and so must he. It stands before him, waving to him, impudent grin in place. All this polling news surely will not help.
Fear is a wild cat, striking when one least expects it, with claws way out and a little primal shriek issuing forth. I wouldn’t want to be Trump right now.
The Independent Center is out with a new Wisconsin poll. Harris leads Trump by nine points. Merely a snapshot in time. But not one piece of good news for Donald John Trump. The man is spooked — Kamala has spooked him. He has also let us see his fear for the first time. And it’s vast—as vast as infinite darkness.
