White House correspondent: Donald Trump is in physical and mental decline

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

All you have to do is listen to Donald Trump tepidly stumble through his prepared speeches, or watch Trump try to stand or walk or use his arms, to see that he’s suffering from worsening physical and cognitive issues. Trump’s health has been visibly in decline ever since his secret trip to Walter Reed Medical Center last year.

This is a huge story. The sitting President of the United States very much appears to be suffering from the worsening effects of dementia or a stroke or something similar, to the point that it’s affecting him on the most fundamental of levels, yet he and his handpicked doctors are bending over backward to try to cover it up.

Palmer Report has frequently called out the mainstream media for its unwillingness to cover this major Trump health scandal. But respected White House correspondent April Ryan had the guts to appear on CNN and flat out state that Trump “looks like he’s in decline, not just mentally but physically.” When someone on Twitter quoted her on this, Ryan responded by tweeting “Yes! I said it and stand by it!”

We applaud April Ryan for this. If everyone in the mainstream media had a similar willingness to talk about Donald Trump’s obvious physical and mental decline, the public would take more notice accordingly – and we might finally get some answers as to what Trump is trying to hide from us.
