What’s going on with Donald Trump’s health now?
Back in November, Donald Trump was unexpectedly taken to Walter Reed Medical Center. Whatever was wrong with his health, his handlers were so eager to cover it up, they floated the ludicrous claim that he had simply decided to go get portions of his annual physical done three months early. No reasonable person believed this explanation, of course. Since that time, Trump has appeared to be in worse physical, mental, and cognitive health than ever. Now things have taken an even stranger turn.
Donald Trump was supposed to have the rest of his annual physical in February. But February just ended, and best anyone can tell, Trump never did get it done. This evening, CNN’s Jim Acosta posted this surreal tweet: “Trump told reporters at departure to NC that he’ll be undergoing physical sometime over the next 90 days.”
Wait a minute, what? This means that Trump is now delaying the rest of his annual physical. So he’s gone from being so eager to get it done that he did parts of it three months early, to now wanting to do the rest of it three months late? Can you even call it an “annual” physical if you don’t complete it until fifteen months after your last full physical?
This helps confirm two things that we pretty much already knew. First, Donald Trump probably didn’t have any of his “annual physical” done when he was mysteriously taken to the hospital three months ago. Second, there’s obviously something very wrong with Trump’s health, to the point that he’s afraid to even let a military doctor look at him.
