What does Neil Gorsuch think he’s doing?
What are you doing, Neil Gorsuch? “Be careful.” That was Justice Gorsuch on — where else — Fox non-news said. He said those words in response to Joe Biden’s call for extreme court reform. It was mind-boggling.
“Be careful.” Of what, Mr. Neil Gorsuch? May you may be so kind as to elaborate? This Court, my friends, is so haughty, so cold, and so inflated with self-importance that it may as well be useless.
“Be careful.” Those words, spoken in soft Neil Gorsuch voice tones and tenors, show the rampant arrogance of the Republican members of the extreme Court.
Gorsuch is the one who claimed the seat Merrick Garland should have had. Nothing would make me happier than Gorsuch getting impeached, but alas, it seems that honor may go to Extreme Justice Thomas.
My gosh, there are so many of them, hungry ants, busily building their own extreme court-house to deliver Heritage Foundation results from. One of the biggest delights I will have when we win is seeing the smile wiped off Gorsuch’s face, the dawning realization that DEMOCRATS are now in charge of the House, and the look of horror when he realizes ETHICS REFORM will go forward.
Who are these strangers in ebony-colored robes who feel such imperviousness to the rule of law? Who are these people who move about smugly, secure in their untouchable ways? They are too smug, too arrogant, and too full of hubris. They are secure in their silos, but what will they do when those silos are ripped from them in the form of law, order, and court reform? What will they do then? I can’t wait to find out.
