“What a tool” – Donald Trump gets ripped for idiotic trial court filing
Donald Trump still doesn’t appear to understand that just because his Washington DC criminal trial is technically on “hold” while the U.S. Court of Appeals hears his nonsense appeal, it doesn’t mean pretrial proceedings have stopped. It doesn’t really mean anything. But Trump seems certain that it means he’s won, and he’s mystified that Jack Smith keeps making filings in the case.
Trump keeps making filings in the case about how Smith shouldn’t be making filings in the case. But in so doing, Trump is… making filings in the case. That’s the thing he claims Smith shouldn’t be allowed to do.
Mueller She Wrote said it best when she referenced Donald Trump’s latest filing and added “What a tool.” Trump really doesn’t have any idea what he’s doing. These filings aren’t helping Trump in any way, and they’re not delaying anything. They’re just a waste of time, on the part of a desperate loser who can’t figure out how to stop losing.
