We don’t know anything yet

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Plenty of data has come in thus far tonight, but none of it has really told us anything at all. There’s no indication of what’s going on or which way the election might go. Kamala Harris is winning the states she was expected to win. Trump is winning the states he was expected to win. We really, truly, don’t know anything.

Anyone who claims to know anything is either confused or full of it. Trying to make predictions this early in the evening would be like trying to predict who’s going to win the football game before it starts based on how the kickers are looking in warmups.

We don’t know anything yet. That’s all I really have to say thus far. If it were looking good for Kamala, I’d say so. If it were looking bad for Kamala, I’d say so. But we really just don’t know anything yet. Stay tuned.
