Val Demings slam dunks Ted Cruz

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Republican Senator Ted Cruz just keeps digging himself a deeper hole. This week he approvingly tweeted a Russian military video, and suggested the U.S. Army had become “emasculated.” Today he made it worse by using the word “pansies” in relation to the U.S. Army.

Democratic Congresswoman Val Demings has had enough. She tweeted this: “Perhaps a U.S. Senator should not be sharing Russian military propaganda and disparaging our armed forces. U.S. Senators should also understand that in the modern, digital, global age, our national security relies on incorporating the incredibly array of diverse talent America has to offer. Diversity makes us safer and stronger.”

Meanwhile Val Demings has announced that she’s exploring a 2022 U.S. Senate run against hapless Republican Marco Rubio.
