Unwell Donald Trump is slurring so badly today it’s hard to understand him

What’s wrong with Donald Trump? Psychologically speaking, that answer would take all day. Cognitively speaking, he’s in trouble too. But he also appears to have something very wrong with him physically. Trump has been slurring his words more and more often of late, and today it’s gotten so bad that it sounds like an actor trying to fake an exaggerated speech impediment for a role:

So what is going on here? And why does Trump only slur his words some of the time? In any case, whatever is going on here, it’s getting worse. Trump now appears to be collapsing in terms of psychological health issues, cognitive health issues, and physical health issues.
