Lindsey Graham completely unravels on live national television

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Lindsey Graham’s career ended the minute he decided to saddle up with Donald Trump; it’s just taken a little while to play out. Now it appears that Graham is finally starting to figure out that his career is over, and because he wasn’t exactly mentally stable to begin with, he’s totally unraveling.

Graham is now tied in the polls with Democratic candidate Jaime Harrison, even as people around the nation flood Harrison’s campaign with donations so that he can finish Graham off. Graham seems to have decided that he can somehow magically turn things around by ramming through Trump’s upcoming Supreme Court nominee, which is weird considering how wildly unpopular the notion is. But again, Graham is so mentally unstable, you wouldn’t get into a car if he was driving it.

So it’s not surprising that on Monday night, Lindsey Graham appeared on Fox News and completely unraveled. He went on a bizarre rant about how no one is going to “intimidate” him, before admitting that he doesn’t have enough money to fund his reelection campaign, and begging Fox viewers to bail him out.

This is an extraordinary fall from grace for a United States Senator who spent several years being widely respected on both sides of the aisle, and who was once seen as John McCain’s heir apparent in the Republican conscience department. Instead Graham has turned into one of the most evil, corrupt, and incoherent villains in the history of American politics – and he’s frankly behaving like someone who’s going to be led away in a straitjacket if he loses.
