Ugly new numbers for the GOP
I was up last night pondering. I was pondering what idiots our friends on the red side are. In as much as we knew they’d govern the way they do everything — horribly — this (Signal-Gate) is so much worse than virtually anything we could have, and did expect from them. We have the numbers it back it up.
Like a foamy green wave, splashing over everything Republican, the GOP are waterlogged — in BAD, in ABYSMAL polling data. Polls regarding Signal-Gate are coming out, and they are not good. Shockingly the newest poll finds that over 70% of Americans think Signal Gate is a big deal.
In this poll, 74% of respondents think Signal Gate is “very or somewhat serious.” I repeat 74% of the American people think this is a serious situation. If I were the GOP (and thank goodness I’m not), I would not be smiling about it now. YouGov conducted this poll. They’re authentic. Things are getting worse for them.
So yes, I saw these numbers last night. I studied them, and I wondered as I often have, since Trump came down that escalator, what it will take for these Republicans to wake up. You see, I’m looking at these abysmal Poll Numbers, and thinking, this is not just a wave, it’s a tsunami.
So what will it take for these people to wake up and see that their very BEINGS are at stake? This is the scandal that refuses to go away. You know it. I know it. They certainly know it. Only what on earth will they do about it?
Perhaps I have had the answer to my question wrong all this time. I have been asking: WHEN. When they will wake UP, snap OUT of their endless Fairy-Tale comas, hypnotic trances, that have taken their awareness along with their tongues. I think perhaps the answer all along has been — never.
