Twitter locks Donald Trump out of his account, says he’s on verge of permanent ban
After pro-Trump terrorists stormed the U.S. Capitol Building seized control of the building, Donald Trump posted a series of deranged tweets praising the terrorists. In response Twitter deleted those tweets. Now Twitter is taking things further.
Twitter just announced on its @TwitterSafety account that it’s locked Donald Trump out of his account for the next twelve hours. This means Trump can’t tweet anything until at least 7am tomorrow. Twitter also added this: “Future violations of the Twitter Rules, including our Civic Integrity or Violent Threats policies, will result in permanent suspension of the
@realDonaldTrump account.”
This means that Donald Trump has now been temporarily banned from Twitter, and even after that ban is lifted, he’s one more bad tweet away from being banned permanently. The walls are closing in on him.
