Twitter promised us that if Donald Trump started trying to falsely declare victory or spread lies about the state of the election, it would crack down on him. Sure enough, that’s happening – and at this point it’s getting embarrassing for him.

Twitter has plastered over several of Trump’s false tweets over the past two days, such as the ones where he’s falsely claimed victory or made up phony conspiracy theories about ballot counting. Twitter has been doing a surprisingly good job of this, which might explain why Trump has been tweeting less than usual; half his tweets are getting cracked down on anyway.

The kicker came when Donald Trump tweeted “STOP THE FRAUD!” In response, Twitter covered it up with with a warning label that said “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.” It looks like Twitter stopped the fraud known as Trump.
