Come on Donald Trump, don’t stop tweeting incriminating things now

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

We do not – I repeat, not – want Twitter to censor, curtail or delete Donald Trump’s Twitter account. Trump’s utterances on Twitter are intrinsically damaging and can and will be used against him in a court of law. Trump’s Twitter account, for all intents and purposes, is a crime scene, and must be preserved for the furtherance of future prosecutions. For this reason I don’t even want Twitter to flag individual tweets as “inappropriate.” I do not want Trump nor his pirate ship of thugs and hooligans tipped off by what ordinary sane people regard as inappropriate.

On Twitter alone, Trump has committed obstruction of justice several times, and even witness intimidation, establishing a public predisposition to criminal conduct. On Twitter, Trump has told thousands of lies, establishing himself as an unreliable and untruthful potential witness in court. On Twitter, Trump has exhibited blunders, misspellings, poor grammar and appalling judgment, establishing him beyond all question as a complete and total moron.

I want these atrocities, lies, calumnies, crimes, idiocies and abuses of power to continue to be preserved on Twitter, both to the private embarrassment of many in his base, and for the ultimate personal prosecution and conviction of Donald Trump in a court of law. In a recent tweet, Trump promised, “I will be CLOSING … the [US/Mexican] Border, or large sections of the Border, next week.” I do not want such threats to be lost to the world in private utterances that he will probably get talked out of later by his lawyers. I want what few sane fans Donald Trump has left to see, unequivocally and undeniably, exactly how certifiably psychotic their “president” is, and just how far he is willing to take his continued abuse of power.

I want the endless streams of emotionally unstable and immature rants of this maniacal, evil bastard to be preserved to history for all time, so future generations may employ Donald Trump’s tweets as a cautionary tale against the day they may ponder electing another blowhard bigot to the presidency. So let us have no more talk of getting rid of Trump’s Twitter account. If your precious sensibilities can’t stomach them, then don’t read them!
