Turns out Donald Trump may not even make it to his Montana rally today

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump’s babysitters benched him from doing swing state rallies after he spent his Georgia rally complaining about all the empty seats. Trump’s press conference yesterday served as a reminder of why his people are trying to hide him. But they did let him schedule a rally in the red state of Montana for today. The thing is, he may not even be at the rally.

The NBC News affiliate in Montana now reports that Trump’s plane had a problem and had to land at a different Montana airport. It’s not clear if he’s even going to make it to the rally. This comes at a time when Trump’s people are clearly trying to keep him out of public view before he does any more damage with his mouth, and so there will of course be theories on social media about Trump’s people pretending the plane had a problem in order to keep Trump from attending the rally.

We’re not going to get into the validity of such theories, other than to say that it’s quite fitting that Trump’s week from hell is ending with his one rally in danger of not happening. Next week is not going to get better for him either.
