Trump Organization hit with FIFTEEN felony counts

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Today’s criminal indictment against Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg reveals that he committed $1.7 million in tax fraud over the past fifteen years. Even as MSNBC’s on-air pundits are predictably trying to downplay the legal liability Weisselberg is facing, presumably in order to outrage people enough to keep them tuned in, the reality is that Weisselberg is facing an amount of prison time that would be significant for a man of his age.

Meanwhile, it’s notable that the Trump Organization itself has also been hit with fifteen felony counts dating back fifteen years. In other words, the Trump Organization really is the criminally fraudulent house of cards that we’ve always known it always was.

Keep in mind that this is certainly just the initial round of criminal indictments coming out of this probe. The Manhattan District Attorney and New York Attorney General didn’t team up to empanel a grand jury for six months to bring indictments, just to drop these two indictments after one month and call it a day.

Even as we wait for subsequent shoes to drop, the reality is that the Trump Organization has already been hit with fifteen felony counts in this initial round of indictments. This is before getting to the other widely reported aspects of this criminal case, which include falsely valuing properties in order to obtain loans, and various other financial felonies.
