Trump just got caught in the act
As part of his string of empty promises to get elected, Trump has broken yet another. Trump claimed that if Kamala Harris was elected, the country would be enmeshed in war but that he would ensure peace. That is likely one of the worst of his promises that people chose to believe. Just like his promise to end the Ukraine/Russian war on his first day in office, the promise to keep the U.S. out of wars is being broken. He has now gotten involved in the conflict between Israel and Iran. The thing is, Trump never meant any of the things he promised. He just wanted back into the White House. It’s sad that so many people believed him.
Early Wednesday morning, the Daily Express reported that U.S. fighter jets were seen in the skies above Europe, accompanying refueling tankers, all heading for the Middle East. So much for Mr. Peacemaker. His faithful are mad at yet another broken promise. He’s so stupid. He’s always bragging about things, which ends up showing his stupidity. He took to Truth Social to brag: “We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran. Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American-made, conceived, and manufactured ‘stuff.’ Nobody does it better than the good ol’ USA.” That used to be true before he came back on the scene. Now, we’re losing allies left and right and have a “president” who is a joke. The thing that is so difficult to move past is the fact that these people actually believed Donald Trump.
Trump’s followers on Truth Social had some choice words for him. Responding to Trump’s post, one follower wrote: “WE? What’s with this WE shit? Not our war!” Yeah, but that’s your president you fought so hard to elect. Another, wrote: “You said no new wars and now your [sic] getting us into a [sic] endless ones American lives are now going to be on the line and you are going to have blood on there [sic] hands you said America first not Israel first this is going to end terribly stop now and focus on AMERICA” The run-on sentence, homonym confusion, and utterly horrible grammar tell us all we need to know about this person.
Donald Trump has not kept one promise he dangled to get reelected. Most knew not to listen to him, let alone believe him. Believing Donald Trump is an effort in futility. We all know how much he lies. Many believe that politicians always lie to get what they want, but Trump lies more than the rest put together. Thanks to those who chose to believe in an unashamed conman, our country is being irretrievably damaged, and he’s only been in office for a few months. Just imagine what it’s going to be like at the end of his term. Hopefully, he doesn’t get us all nuked before we can get some control over him by voting a Democratic majority into both branches of the House, though even one will help.
