Donald Trump frequently slurs his words and almost never makes any sense when he gives speeches these days. Trump is clearly suffering from symptoms consistent with dementia, and appears to also be suffering from associated physical health issues.

So of course Trump is using his speech today to mock President Joe Biden for having a stutter:

This kind of behavior may appeal to Trump’s disgusting base, but it doesn’t appeal to the mainstream voters who decide competitive elections. Trump can keep running his mouth all he wants. This kind of thing won’t help him.
