Trump insurrection stooge John Eastman just blew it
Former Trump attorney John Eastman has found himself to be a bit of a national joke this week. Eastman’s first mistake was working for Trump in the first place. As you know, anyone who tangles with iq4.5 usually regrets it.
Eastman has made many mistakes since he first began his Trump work but getting caught on camera seeming to support the January 6 insurrection was definitely one of his biggest mistakes.
And this mistake was featured on the Rachel Maddow show. So, everybody was treated to the amusing spectacle that is John Eastman. It all began with Lauren Windsor. Windsor is a passionate activist, and she is a Progressive. And she decided to post incognito to confront Eastman.
Windsor, pretending to be the ultimate of MAGA, proceeded to flatter and compliment Eastman. “I was floored that Mike Pence didn’t do anything. Why didn’t he act on it?” the undercover spy cooed.
Eastman, his ego seemingly pumped higher than the hair of Matt Gaetz, was happy to provide his unique viewpoint.
Eastman proceeded to blame Mike Pence for the failure of the insurrection. “Mike Pence is an establishment guy at the end of the day,” the moron said. Never ever trust a spy, Mr. Eastman. But I am so glad he trusted THIS one – who incidentally did a great job with her undercover excursion.
It is also now being reported that Eastman is being subpoenaed to testify before the January 6 committee. No, Eastman is not having a good week at all. Perhaps he should have thought before he spoke, although that type of action is usually unheard of with Trump’s ilk. Thanks Rachel for this deeply interesting story.
