Told you so
I am really not the type who likes to say “I told you so” — Really! However I think I could be forgiven on this one day in this one hour for saying: Told you so. Trump is not even in office yet, and yet many in the MAGA world are feeling the brunt of his smelly orange presence. Allow me to explain.
“Uncommitted.” It is being reported that Many Michiganders who proudly voted “uncommitted” are enraged at Trump’s selections regarding Israel, especially Mike Huckabee who has a history of being hostile to Palestine.
To them, I say: what on earth did you expect? These people spent months proudly bragging that they were going to vote uncommitted, and many of them did. What did they get for it? Someone far worse than President Biden ever could be.
Was it to much to expect them to type in “Trump’s policies on Israel.” It would not have taken much, uncommitted voters. Google was and is your friend. Then there’s the Muskrat. Apparently, he and Vivek are happily talking about cutting oodles of Government jobs. This will mean higher numbers of unemployment and double duty (more responsibility at same pay rate) for the ones still employed.
No raises. Many workers are seemingly bewildered by bosses’ telling them that because of upcoming possible tariffs, those raises just aren’t coming this year. I told you so, I told you so. Yes, I am allowing my inner child to pop out with the “Told you so’s.”
The Trump voters are going to be the ones MOST affected by Trump’s Presidency and many of them will be eating humble pie by the end. Like I said once before I wish no harm on ANYONE. I also wish I was not right on this. But it appears that it is going to be a tough four years and the ones for whom it will be toughest are many Trump voters — Told you so.
