To Putin with love

There is something that we need to talk about. It pertains to what happened on Friday, but it’s something that isn’t really getting a lot of attention, although some MSNBC pundits have spoken about it. With all the attention we’ve given Trump’s outburst towards President Zelenskyy, we haven’t talked about how fiercely he defended a certain murdering bastard.

As Trump was in the middle of his tirade, he reached back in time, with what little remains of his senile mind, and talked about how much he and Putin have been through together. This deserves our attention. Just think about that: Putin is a murderous dictator. He’s a former KGB agent. He is responsible for the death of Alexei Navalny, and many, many others, and Trump is saying he’s been through a lot with the dictator.

I really wish this was more front-page than it has been. This shows you with searing clarity who Trump identifies with, and to whom his soul belongs. Well, he doesn’t really have a soul, but you get the point. Let me use an analogy. If you go to the beach, pick up a rock, and turn it over in your hands, examining it this way, that way, it will always be a rock. It won’t suddenly turn into, for example, a fish. Rocks have no life in them. It’s a fact.

Likewise, a dictator is always a dictator. You can turn said dictator over, looking this way and that way, peer into their eyes looking for light you will never find, but you will never identify in the dictator, love and compassion, not ever. They have no decency in them. It’s a fact.

This is because dictators never change. In Putin’s bloodless stare, a world of enmity toward the United States, and many other countries lurks. He is a murdering bastard. This is who Donald Trump wants to be. This is whom he’s “been through a lot with.”

He adores unquestioningly, a killer, a psychopath and he seems both himself and said killer as VICTIMS. Putin is his hero as well as his doppelganger. Were the story of Donald Trump’s life to be written honestly, it would be called, “To Putin with love.”
