This should have Donald Trump hiding under his desk
I remember a day in the distant past when I watched intently as the sun set over the Grand Canyon. Watching the vibrant colors grace the Canyon, I turned to the person I was with — we both had the same reaction. We felt our eyes water at this utterly breathtaking sight. We felt exhilaration.
What makes YOU feel exhilarated? Exhilaration is such a momentous feeling, is it not? It can come from many things — but when that feeling sweeps over us, we know it, we feel it and we revel in it. Do you feel exhilarated that Trump (and company) are finally being made to pay for their crimes. I do. I think you too probably share in that wonderful and uplifting feeling of exhilaration. And now I will give you some news that hopefully brings on a bit of that delicious exhilaration to ALL Palmer Report readers. A new AP poll is out. And the results are astonishing.
This poll is about supporting Donald Trump. And 64% of respondents say they would not support Trump in the Presidential election. That’s a lot of people. Let’s break it down. 53% said they would not support Trump. Absolutely not, they said. An additional 11% said they, too, would “probably not” support him. Add 53 plus 11 and you have — 64%.
This poll also asks whether Biden is the duly elected President. Seventy percent of respondents say yes. Now I know you might be thinking of that thirty percent who said otherwise. But we already knew Maga’s numbers hovered around thirty percent. That is significantly down from where their numbers WERE, which was in the past, much closer to forty percent.
This poll was conducted between August 10 and August 14. We have lots of work to do. And this poll is but a snapshot in time. But it DOES tell a story — that the American people are turning away from Donaald Trump. That is something to be exhilarated about.
