This should be the end of Matt Gaetz

We've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Niceville, Florida, is a lovely community with good schools and safe neighborhoods. But some in Niceville – and other places — are a bit upset right now for good reason. And that is because of a guest at one of their high schools. That guest is Matt Gaetz.

The wild-haired Gaetz was appearing at Niceville High School on Tuesday, August 16, to talk to students about their career interests. As expected, all hell broke loose. “This is a guy being investigated for sex trafficking a minor. Whose bright idea was it to let him anywhere near a high school?” one Floridian asked. “Inappropriate.” That is what many were saying.

And it is. It’s sort of like booking Samual Alito to speak about how awful the Salem Witch Trials were — or booking Lindsey Graham to talk about courage in standing up to traitors. Or like booking Tucker Carlson to talk about how women are indeed equal to men.

Cara Marion is running for the Okaloosa County School Board in Florida. And she had this to say: His decision to come in person to the event “was very odd.” She suggested Gaetz could have just sent an aide.

And I agree. Matt Gaetz should be nowhere near a high school, and this is something I am quite confident most will agree with me on. The man should actually never be allowed near a high school again. This was some very bad decision making, but with the public outcry it’s caused, hopefully, this will not become a regular occurrence.

It's been a tough week, a tough month, a tough year. For all of us. But the fight goes on. Because we know how important this is. Because we care. Because we're the ones who fight. It's you and me. It has been for a decade. And I'm never backing down. But Palmer Report does have operating expenses. And in this uncertain time, I truly need your help. For that reason I've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.
