This just blew up in Donald Trump’s face
There are some doors in life that one can never enter. They remain perpetually closed, letting few walk through them. These doors are powerful ones, and behind them are cool and experienced business executives who are confident in their competence and know well the hunters who scratch at their doors, forever trying to gain access.
Behind the door I’ll be talking about is China. China is quite powerful. But more than their power is their competence. Their sharp laser eyes see the incorrigible primate trying its best to slip through the door. They can sum up in an instant, the character, temperament, and all-consuming rage of the wild animal outside.
China knows Donald Trump because its leaders are competent — Donald Trump is not. The leaders of China are intelligent and skilled, but Donald Trump isn’t. Trump is trying to conquer China. But for Trump, it’s like trying to cup water in his hands, and hold it with all his might, never letting even one drop slip from his hands. There’s no fool like an old fool. China has just slapped additional tariffs on US Goods of 125%. We should hear the animal’s virulent scream in about 10,9,8 seconds…
Trump is no match for China. He’d sure like to be! But he just isn’t. He has no mind left, not that what he ever DID have was very creative or inspiring. Donald Trump’s mind is not lucid. And China knows this. So now Trump has made things even worse for himself and for America.
Some folks crave, crave DEEPLY in the most guttural sense, to play follow the leader. They, of course, are always, in their minds, the leader. I’d laugh at what is going on now. But I can’t. I feel deeply sorry for the American people who will be affected and who have a senile leader in the White House.
China’s leader Xi Jinping said on Friday that “there are no winners in a tariff war.” No, there is not. A spokesperson for China’s Ministry of Commerce said “It’s become a joke.” It has. Trump is the joke, of course. How much damage he has done in such a short time! Perhaps people around Donald Trump can get him to ease off these tariffs. I’m sure China did not WANT to do this, but they had to. It is what I’d have done, were I running a country Trump has tried its best to destroy. What other choice had they? None.
Trump must cease his futile scratching, for all it’s doing is getting a good laugh from the people behind the door. He must call off these tariffs, and at some point, he must cease haranguing China and get to the business of doing SOMETHING — anything for the country he is SUPPOSED, to be running — America.
