It’s happening. The Republicans’ worst nightmare. This is something Palmer Report predicted long ago — that Donald Trump would start to turn on his friends if they didn’t endorse him. And it appears that has started: Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds had said she’d not endorse any candidate for President and would remain neutral.

Of course, Donald trump heard about this. And he viciously proceeded to turn on the Iowa Governor, launching a venomous truth social attack. Claiming he had endorsed HER, Trump proceeded to declare he does not invite Reynolds to events.

He also mentioned Reynolds spending time with DeSantis, which she has been. She has appeared at every Iowa event DeSantis has had. On Truth Social, Trump reminded Reynolds that DeSantis is down by many points.

And so it begins. The lighting of the Trump fire is the sign that Trump expects endorsements from EVERYBODY. And if he doesn’t get them? He’ll just launch social media wars against them. This is a very important moment for Republicans. At some point, not to far off on the horizon, Trump will expect and certainly demand endorsements from ALL the GOP bigwigs. What will they do?

Mitch. Kevin. So many more. Trump will be like a rabid dog, on top of them, pushing them to come out for him. The GOP presidential race has the real possibility of turning into a free-for-all.

I’ve no idea what these Republicans intend to do. However, there is no good choice in all this, and as Republicans continue to waffle, they have the horror of knowing time is running out on their decisions on who to endorse, and their worst nightmare is waiting on truth social — waiting for them to make a decision that could have horrifying consequences.
