This is not good for Donald Trump

The photo done by the Court Sketch Artist would show Trump at his very worst. Seated in the courtroom, the sketch shows Trump with a scowl on his face, hair looking a rather gaudy shade of gold.

He was faced forward, eyes straight ahead, brain likely filled with animus for most of the courtroom spectators. Before walking through the doors of that court, Trump had insisted he was only attending because he wanted to “watch this witch-hunt myself.”

Witch-hunt appears to be the traitor’s favorite words, and no, he does not mean actual witches much to Samual Alito’s chagrin I am sure. What Trump means is that he views this trial as enemies being out to get him for no reason. That figures, Sociopaths never CAN take responsibility for their actions.

Trump also wrote notes which he then passed to his lawyers. They could have been things that Trump wanted his lawyers to ask potential witnesses. Then again this IS Donald Trump we’re talking about so these notes could have been nothing more than asking if there’s a near by McDonalds.

It had been a rough night for Trump as the night before the trial he proceeded to go batshit crazy on Truth Social as we all knew he would. This trial, in my opinion, is as bad for Donald Trump as the criminal cases, even though this is Civil not criminal.

Why? Because Donald Trump’s whole identity is wrapped up in his net worth. I imagine it must be torture, watching his whole identity being taken from him. Donald Trump for years and years and years has made everything about his money, his skills as a businessman. How must he feel now?

Not good — not good at all. But that’s what happens when one bases their whole identity on outward things, on opulence and luxury and millions upon millions of gold pennies, on the green dollar bills that make up his soul.

That type of thing is a false high. It is allowing the external to determine your happiness. Many people find out pretty quickly that money and power are not what makes the world go around — love and generosity are.

But to that little green-loving man hunched over in that court chair, I don’t suppose he’s ever given anything of himself in his whole life. He would not know the joys of happiness stemming from INSIDE, not out. And how utterly miserable for him to have to sit in that courtroom, in that hard chair, seeing his whole business empire go up in smoke.
