This is just the tip of the iceberg

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When the week began, Donald Trump was facing two felony counts based on whatever unknown evidence was provided by one witness, and the national debate was whether this was enough to oust and/or imprison him. As the week has gone on, there are now two witnesses, along with proof that Trump was in the room conspiring to commit one of these felonies, thus shifting the national conversation further in the direction of Trump’s downfall. But while these crimes are serious, they’re nothing compared to what all is about to surface.

If you’ve been paying close attention, this week’s “news” was really nothing new for you. David Pecker and Michael Cohen are both known to surreptitiously record conversations, so of course there’s proof that Donald Trump was in the room, participating in these felonies. But if you’ve been keeping up with this, you also know that this entire campaign finance felony narrative is just the preamble. You know what’s coming next.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller still hasn’t shown his hand when it comes to the evidence he has criminally connecting Donald Trump to Russia, either politically or monetarily. Mueller still hasn’t dusted off any of the evidence he has that Trump committed obstruction of justice. He hasn’t yet shown us any of the redacted evidence in the Michael Flynn plea deal. We’ve still seen nothing from the extensive cooperation provided by the likes of Don McGahn, Steve Bannon, and Reince Priebus.

But that’s the entire point. Right now, as it’s sinking in for Americans that Donald Trump is indeed a criminal, the debate is about whether these two finance felonies alone are enough to finish him off. Tomorrow or next week, the discussion will be whether things like obstruction, money laundering, and treason are enough to finish him off. This is just the tip of the iceberg. With how quickly things are now moving, we’re going to see the big picture revealed rather soon.
