This is just humiliating for JD Vance

JD Vance has found himself frozen out of the cool kids clique. I want to clarify that they’re cool only in the minds of the alt-right and irrational people. But still, Vance is not having an easy time of it, and what happened at CPAC reinforces this.

What happened? Vance was supposed to be the keynote speaker at the disgusting Republican get-together. Instead, Elon Musk spoke, and of course, Vance was barely a footnote. This is happening with the backdrop of Vince’s book being possibly banned, as Palmer Report reported the other day.

There is also the fact that Trump doesn’t seem to want to do interviews with the VP by his side. Trump doesn’t seem to want to do interviews at all. In the recent Fox interview, Trump yielded almost entirely to Elon Musk, preferring to sit, looking dazed and confused, while Musk rambled on and on.

So all this leads to a question: where does this leave the brown-nosing Vance? Over the Hills and far away. Far, far, far from anything resembling internal recognition from the trump administration. At this point, the only thing Vance seems to be getting is more and more bad press, like when he launched into that insane speech to Europe, leaving a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.

For someone like Vance, who likes to take it easy and work as little as possible, this must be a rough pill for him to swallow, and when I say he likes to work as little as possible, I would like to back that up with evidence.

Vance has rarely held jobs that were not selected for him by Peter Thiel. Peter Thiel also backed his Ohio Senate run, where Vance seemed to work as little as possible, rarely venturing to meet his constituents. Even during Trump’s 2024 campaign, Vance really didn’t seem to do too much other than hanging on for dear life to Trump’s coat tails.
