This is going to be ugly for Donald Trump and Chris Christie
There is a hurricane brewing, and its name is assolini. Trump (will never again be President, insurrection non-party, hell) is lashing out at his former — friend? Bootlicker? Frenemy? Chris Christie.
Christie’s been making the rounds lately in a desperate bid to be taken seriously. The former Governor has a new book coming out, and then, of course, there’s that little matter of the 2024 Presidential election. It’s never too soon to get an early start!
But apparently, Christie went a bridge too far in Assolini’s deranged mind. Because now Trump’s attacking him.These two idiots deserve each other as far as I’m concerned. Christie is trying to set himself up as something between a never-Trumper and a forever-Trumper, which basically means he’s tiptoeing around without a strong opinion either way. But this in itself isn’t precisely traffic-stopping news.
What IS surprising is how much the media is helping Christie. Many in the media seem to have anointed him the role of savior, and THAT is funny. This undoubtedly adds to the orange bat’s fury as Christie even sat down and talked with Dana Bash on CNN.
I do not know about you, but I’ve no desire to hear about Christie’s hopes, dreams, fears, and thoughts. It IS sort of fun to see assolini come unhinged about all the attention Christie is getting. As for Christie himself, one wonders what he will do and say about Trump if asked by Fox or other loyal sycophantic candidates. I guess Christie will cross that bridge when he comes to it.
