This is a total blowout

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

– Joe Biden is now ahead of Donald Trump by 5.9 million votes and counting. Presidential elections rarely have a popular vote margin this large. This election is a total blowout. If the votes had been counted in a normal order, we wouldn’t even be talking about any of this as if it were ever a contest. Then again, Trump was always going to play the sore loser routine, no matter how he lost, because he’s a loser.

– It turns out Republican Senator David Perdue has been caught in yet another apparent insider trading racket. The kicker is that even if Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue win the Georgia runoffs, they could both end up indicted for insider trading by the post-Trump DOJ, eventually forcing them out of office. But that would be a long slow iffy process. Better to just defeat them at the ballot box now. Donate to Democratic candidates Ossoff and Warnock here.

– Democratic Congressman Bill Pascrell Jr. is calling for the post-Trump DOJ to criminally investigate and prosecute Donald Trump. We’ll see more of this going forward. But as we’ve said, New York is likely to get first crack at Trump on state charges before the DOJ gets its opportunity, if only because Trump’s inevitable attempt at a self-pardon will have to be dismantled in court first. All eyes on New York first.
