There has apparently been another Donald Trump shooting attempt

Just when you thought things couldn’t get any more absurd, there has been another Donald Trump shooting today. This time Trump was unharmed, but the story keeps changing, and probably will keep changing. First Trump’s campaign said that Trump was in the vicinity of gunfire. Then they said that two people were shooting at each other outside Trump’s resort and that it had nothing to do with Trump. Now they’re saying that the gunman was targeting Trump and that the Secret Service was shooting at the gunman. Like I said, the story will probably change again.

Here’s the thing: no one cares. Political violence is always wrong. Always. If someone was indeed trying to kill Trump today, lock them up for a long time. But I’m tired of hearing about this convicted felon Donald Trump and his problems. Only Trump could keep getting violently attacked and gain no sympathy for it from mainstream Americans. Because we’re all just that sick of his circus.

Donald Trump has been inciting violence against the American people for nearly a decade. He tried to violently overthrow the United States government. He was recently shot at by one of his own former supporters. Then he incited bomb threats against Haitian immigrants in Ohio. Now he’s allegedly getting shot at again. ENOUGH. Revoke Trump’s bail and lock him up already.

Of course that’s unlikely to happen at this point. He won’t be locked up until after the election. Which means we’re going to have to defeat Donald Trump on election day. We’re getting really good at political activism, so let’s go win this.
